Although sharing with some friends and family can be very helpful when dealing with fertility issues, choosing to not share with others may be just as therapeutic. It is healthy to have some social interactions where you do not have to think about pregnancy at all, and instead can focus on other things. It might be a good idea to try and identify a friend or a group where you can socialize in a situation where the topic of having children is unlikely to arise.
