Behavior is the answer to the question “what am I doing right now?” For example, you are probably doing several things right now. You are reading this text (behavior), you may be drinking some tea (behavior), and you may take the occasional break to read the news or check Facebook (behavior). Perhaps a moment ago you were thinking about something from earlier today (behavior), or your mind wandered and you thought about the future (behavior). Behavior is everything we do, and it impacts pretty much every aspect of our lives.
